The role of the Food and Beverage Server at Levy is integral to upholding the company’s high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Servers are responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. They act as the face of the company in the dining room, providing guests with exceptional service from greeting to the final transaction. Each server must possess a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary accommodations, enabling them to advise guests accurately and cater to special dietary needs or allergies. Communication is key; servers collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and promptly handle any guest concerns or complaints by escalating them to supervisors when necessary.
