Delaware North is currently seeking a Group Sales Manager to join the sales team and focus on Association, Government, and select Corporate Business meetings at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite. This full-time position is open to candidates located within a short driving distance from the lodge, including cities such as Fresno, Sacramento, and the Bay Area. The role primarily functions remotely but will require occasional onsite presence to maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with internal departments. The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts to ensure the achievement or exceeding of all revenue goals. This includes sales in room bookings, food and beverage services, and ancillary revenue streams. The role requires a proactive approach to relationship building, effective communication, and strategic outreach to potential and past clients. Attention to detail in managing account information and coordinating across multiple departments at the resort is crucial to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience. Offering a competitive salary range of $68,640 to $73,700 annually, combined with an uncapped sales incentive plan and an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, the position provides a rewarding compensation package.
