This role focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences to members and guests by following Invited's 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Server 1 is responsible for executing food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards set by the company. Working closely with fellow team members, Server 1 contributes to a seamless and satisfying dining experience that supports member satisfaction and retention. This position reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager.\n\nBeyond the day-to-day responsibilities, this role requires adaptability and teamwork as part of the dynamic environment of the clubs. Employees are expected to assist one another and take on additional tasks as directed by management, upholding club policies, safety standards, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Physical stamina and the ability to handle various work conditions are critical, given the active nature of the role.
