Compensation for the role ranges from $34 to $36 per hour, reflecting the candidate's specialized experience and expertise. The Senior Sous Chef will be tasked with overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, maintaining food quality and presentation standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing kitchen staff productivity and engagement. This leadership role plays a key part in menu planning, especially in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage to create innovative menu selections that align with current food trends and local tastes.
