We are currently seeking a Senior General Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range between $140,000 and $150,000 USD along with additional bonus opportunities. The Senior General Manager will lead by example, embodying our values and culture, while inspiring and guiding a team to successfully meet occupancy, sales, marketing, and operational objectives. This role requires a strong leader with excellent financial acumen to manage property budgets, coach and develop staff, and maintain strong relationships with owners, residents, employees, and vendors. The successful candidate will be adept at analyzing market trends and differentiating Bozzuto's communities in a competitive marketplace. This position also involves partnering with consumer marketing to implement strategies that ensure the community is recognized as a premier destination for engaged and enriched living experiences. In addition, the Senior General Manager will be responsible for creating an operating environment that guarantees consistent guest satisfaction and high customer satisfaction ratings. Flexibility is required as the role demands participation in weekend activities approximately once per month to meet prospective residents adhering to their home search schedules. • Four year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Five plus years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail industries
• Proven track record of building, developing and retaining high performing teams
• Strong relationship building skills with clients, investors, ownership groups and vendors
• Experience managing budget and/or profit and loss
• Proficiency with industry software such as YARDI, apps and computer programs
• Strong financial skills with basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Sharp professional appearance
