This includes managing operations in fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. As a Senior Food Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to provide oversight and coordination of day-to-day work activities of service employees. This includes supporting management in ensuring the smooth functioning of food service operations, facilitating training and orientation for new team members, and promoting a safe work environment for all employees. The role involves frequent interaction with customers to ensure satisfaction related to food quality, service standards, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will need to demonstrate reliability by consistently attending scheduled shifts on time and reliably fulfilling assigned duties. The position demands strong leadership and communication skills, as you will act as the link between management and front-line staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
