The Senior Food Supervisor role at Sodexo, based at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest, is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. This role primarily involves morning shifts with varying days, including rotating weekends, providing an opportunity for dynamic work scheduling. As a Senior Food Supervisor, you act as a pivotal leader on-site, providing oversight and coordination of food service operations including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes. This position demands a master multitasker who excels in managing teams and ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. In this supervisory capacity, you will support management in overseeing daily operations and employees, ensuring that the food service environment is safe, efficient, and customer-focused.
