The Tactical division at GardaWorld Security Services is seeking highly capable and motivated Security Professionals to join their team in Modesto, California. This part-time role involves working 24 hours per week with a set schedule from Saturday to Monday, 5:00 pm to 2:00 am. The hourly wage is competitive at $33 per hour, and employees have access to DailyPay, which allows quicker access to their earnings. As a Security Professional in the Tactical division, you will be entrusted with patrolling critical environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers. The role requires a strong physical ability since you will be on the move throughout your entire shift. Your primary responsibility is to observe and survey your assigned location carefully, detect any suspicious activity, and respond rapidly to any potential threats or incidents. You will document actions taken, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents. Your knowledge of how and when to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards is crucial to maintaining safety and order. • be 21 years or older
• hold baton permit
• hold OC spray permit
• hold handcuff permit
• provide an up-to-date security resume
• be authorized to work in the U.S.
• pass extensive screening process
• ability to stand and walk for entire shift
• willingness to work variable indoor and outdoor environments
• first aid certification preferred
