The Senior Events Manager I - Advancement position is a critical role within the university’s advancement office, reporting directly to the Director of Eliot Society Programs. This full-time role is based in St. Louis, Missouri, with scheduled hours of 37.5 per week and offers a competitive salary range of $65,900 to $112,700 annually. The Senior Events Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of key events that enhance and nurture ongoing relationships between the university and its extensive community of alumni, parents, and friends. This role is essential in creating meaningful, high-quality experiences that support the university’s mission by fostering engagement and connection across numerous stakeholder groups.
This position demands a detail-oriented professional adept at managing complex event logistics, including contract negotiations, venue arrangements, communication planning, and on-site event execution.
