The Shift Leader works closely with the Restaurant Management Team to uphold the business plan and operational standards, supporting daily workflows and overall restaurant success. As a Shift Leader, the candidate will be responsible for leadership, management, and organization of the team on the floor, taking accountability for team performance and compliance with company policies. This includes training and coaching team members, delegating tasks, monitoring attendance and punctuality, and managing operational tasks such as cash handling, scheduling, and quality control checks. The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, setting an excellent example through appearance and behavior, and ensuring that food preparation and safety standards are rigorously met. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and both opening and closing duties.
