This Senior Billing Services Manager role at Loews Hotels & Co demands a strategic and dynamic leader to spearhead operations in a bustling financial shared services environment. The successful candidate will direct Billing Service Managers managing invoicing related to meetings and events, group commissions, and travel partner billing and collections. The role includes monitoring performance metrics such as KPIs, developing insightful executive dashboards, and enforcing compliance with internal controls. An essential part of the job involves problem resolution and handling escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborative in nature, this position requires engaging with hotel property leaders to understand their needs and address concerns professionally. Leading process improvements and spearheading the deployment of innovative software solutions are core components of the role, ensuring continuous enhancement of billing operations. Ideal candidates bring over five years of experience in billing, accounting, and business analytics, supported by advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data warehouses. Knowledge of Smartsheet is considered a plus. A degree in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred, alongside certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management. Experience managing teams in high-volume shared services environments and a strong background in hospitality or finance customer-facing roles are critical. Candidates should be adept in managing large-scale systems implementations within the Order-to-Cash process.
