The role of Area Director of Sales is crucial in steering the sales functions across three significant resorts: San Diego Mission Bay Resort, Estancia La Jolla, and L’Auberge Del Mar. This leadership position requires an experienced professional adept at managing sales teams, fostering a culture of dynamic selling skills, and promoting a sense of customer urgency aimed at exceeding financial objectives and guest expectations. The Area Director of Sales will be responsible for the daily direction and management of the sales departments at these properties, ensuring that each team member excels within an innovative and supportive work environment. Key responsibilities include refining sales strategies, improving systems and performance measures, mentoring staff, and encouraging professional growth that aligns with the organization’s mission and values.

 - 10+ years of related and progressive sales experience
