Currently, GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to join their team at a site location in Appling, Georgia. This role is integral to delivering top-notch security services with a strong focus on customer service. The Concierge Security Officer will work in diverse settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, catering to the security and safety needs of visitors, clients, and employees across various shifts including the 2nd and 3rd shifts (2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.). Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering a flexible schedule that suits different lifestyles. The role of a Concierge Security Officer goes beyond traditional guarding duties; it requires the ability to build meaningful connections and engage with people naturally to inspire confidence and reassurance. As the first point of contact, the officer will perform customer service tasks such as welcoming and verifying the identity of visitors, managing access control, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to incidents. Additionally, the officer will be responsible for inspecting security equipment, providing first aid if necessary, and coordinating with emergency teams. Strong communication skills are essential as the officer will answer queries both in person and over the phone, write detailed incident reports, and articulate any security concerns to appropriate personnel.
