As a Concierge Security Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of various property types including office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. This position demands a high level of customer service skills, as you will be the main point of contact for visitors, employees, and residents on-site. Your natural ability to build trust and reassure others will be crucial in this role, as you will manage access control, conduct patrols, and respond promptly to any incidents. This full-time position based in Appleton, WI offers shifts that provide variety and balance. The first shift runs from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Thursday through Saturday, while the second shift is scheduled from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. The role provides a competitive hourly wage of $17 with the option of DailyPay availability for GardaWorld employees, contributing to financial flexibility.
