The role of Receptionist at America's Best is a pivotal position serving as the first point of contact and face of the store. Receptionists are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers as they enter the store, ensuring smooth patient scheduling, and maintaining organized records. In this full-time role, the Receptionist facilitates a seamless flow of operations through prompt and courteous service both in-person and on the phone. With Sundays off, America's Best also offers a balanced work schedule. The Receptionist's duties include greeting customers warmly, handling multiple phone lines efficiently, processing and understanding managed care plans, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records meticulously. This role is essential in supporting the store's day-to-day functionality by coordinating communications, managing inventory of office supplies, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and inviting.
