This role focuses on in-person marketing within the company’s resorts, where the selected candidate will engage with prospective and current owners directly. Acting as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure, the individual will partner closely with resort staff to manage guest arrivals and promote sales preview tours effectively. The position emphasizes customer interaction including greeting guests, qualifying prospective customers based on company guidelines, scheduling their participation in sales presentations, and securing deposits required for reservations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to work well in a team setting, are essential for success in this role. The hourly pay rate for this position is $16.50 plus commissions and bonuses, reflecting the importance of performance and contribution to sales goals. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to maintain production standards
