The Facilities Group National is currently seeking an energetic and reliable Cleaner to join their team to service a financial institution in Washington State. This role is perfect for candidates who are motivated to maintain high standards of cleanliness and have some prior experience or knowledge of cleaning products. The Cleaner will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that ensure the facilities are impeccably maintained. The position offered is part-time, averaging 2 to 3 hours per shift, and offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $20.29 to $21.76 per hour. As a Cleaner with The Facilities Group National, your responsibilities will include general cleaning of the building, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, and maintaining restrooms by cleaning and restocking supplies. You will also be tasked with emptying trash and recycling bins, removing debris and snow from sidewalks, securing doors after hours, cleaning up spills effectively, performing minor repairs, and reporting any major maintenance issues to supervisors or managers. The role requires timely completion of tasks with minimal supervision and maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies. On occasion, you may coordinate or work alongside a contract cleaning service.
