As a Guest Service Associate, you will be entrusted with providing warm, friendly, and efficient service to guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. The role involves parking and retrieving vehicles safely, ensuring guest luggage is handled with care, and assisting guests with their inquiries and needs. Associates uphold Towne Park’s high standards by maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor, greeting guests warmly, and responding promptly to service requests. The position requires attention to detail in managing vehicle tickets, collecting payment, and adhering to safety protocols while driving. The Guest Service Associate also serves as a vital ambassador for the company, representing Towne Park’s values in every interaction. You will provide helpful information about local attractions, amenities, and transportation options and support guests in various tasks such as luggage delivery, taxi coordination, and shuttle services. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Valid driver’s license for the state or commutable distance
• At least one month of related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
• Ability to read and write standard English
• Ability to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
• Ability to perform basic math operations involving money
• Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
• Ability to understand applicable rates
• Ability to perform parallel parking
• Must be able to work a seasonal schedule approximately 20 hours per week Monday through Friday between 6AM and 4:30PM
