• High school diploma or equivalent
• prior retail sales experience preferred
• ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs occasionally
• ability to work on feet for extended periods
• ability to perform repetitive motions
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• passion for sports and customer service
• ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
