Currently, Premium Parking is looking to hire seasonal Parking Ambassadors for its Mobile, Alabama location. This role is designed to serve during the Carnival cruise season, which starts on October 28th and ends on April 12th. Working predominantly morning shifts on weekends, Parking Ambassadors will have a rotating schedule of either Saturdays or Sundays. The shift begins between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM and concludes at 3:30 PM, accommodating the flow of visitors during the busy cruise season. The Parking Ambassador position is a vital customer service role that requires enthusiasm, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor. Ambassadors will act as the face of Premium Parking, welcoming visitors, providing clear and easy directions, and ensuring guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. The role demands excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations with tact and politeness. Candidates must be able to stand for prolonged periods outdoors, maintaining a neat and professional appearance at all times. Premium Parking offers competitive hourly wages, with this seasonal role paying $15.00 per hour.
