This position is for an experienced Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager at the Pleasant Hill restaurant location. The role involves overseeing kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, scratch-made meals that reflect the Urban Plates mission of real food made real. Chefs at Urban Plates work with top-tier kitchen equipment and use cutting-edge systems like Kitchen Display System and Date Code Genie for inventory and production management. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $78,000 to $88,000 per year, plus an achievable bonus plan up to $12,000 annually or $1,000 per month, demonstrating the company's commitment to rewarding team members for their contributions.
