ALDI is currently seeking part-time Store Employees to join their team. These employees play a vital role as the face of the ALDI shopping experience, embodying the company's philosophy through hard work, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service. Store Employees are responsible for a variety of tasks including assisting customers, operating cash registers, stocking shelves, merchandising products, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. Starting at a competitive wage of $19.00 per hour, ALDI’s part-time Store Employees are expected to consistently demonstrate the company’s Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (MAP) to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. They must adhere to company policies and customer satisfaction guidelines, provide prompt assistance in resolving customer concerns, and contribute feedback to improve store operations. In addition to daily operations, Store Employees support the achievement of store payroll and loss goals and follow inventory and product handling procedures. The position demands physical activity including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the store.
