The MRO and Logistics Associate position is a full-time bench role scheduled from Tuesday to Friday, 11:00am to 9:45pm, with occasional weekend shifts as necessary. This position carries a competitive hourly wage, starting between $18.12 and $19.12 per hour, reflecting the important responsibilities carried out on a daily basis. The candidate selected for this role will be vital in maintaining the safety and housekeeping of warehouses, organizing inventory, executing company policies, and supporting management through effective communication and timely problem resolution. The role requires proficiency in standard software tools such as MS Office and experience with SAP is highly desirable. In this role, the associate will directly contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety protocols, addressing potential safety hazards, and following proper work procedures. They will assist in coordinating MRO part activities and participate in maintaining warehouse organization to prevent operational delays or stockouts. Accurate documentation is paramount, including the entry of issued materials into SAP and the management of material requests with a keen eye for detail and precision. The associate will also be responsible for labeling parts accurately with unique identifiers, managing stockouts properly, and expediting any material-related issues efficiently. This role demands strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work collaboratively yet independently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate dependability, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to engage proactively in continuous improvement and customer satisfaction efforts.
