This role is a pivotal management position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, customer service, financial management, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of management experience and the capability to supervise a team size ranging from 15 to 20 employees. Responsibilities include motivating and coaching staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, controlling labor costs, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability.
