The role of Shop Manager at PERC is a full-time salaried position offering an annual salary of $55,000. This role is instrumental in leading and inspiring a team of dedicated baristas while maintaining a welcoming and customer-focused environment. The Shop Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily shop operations, managing inventory, purchasing, waste monitoring, and ensuring the highest standards in coffee preparation.
