We are presently seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team on a part-time basis, including some weekends. The Veterinary Receptionist is integral to the smooth operation of the hospital and serves as the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Veterinary Receptionist greets clients warmly, manages appointment scheduling, answers phone calls, processes payments, and maintains accurate medical records. Additionally, this position assists with general hospital maintenance, including ensuring the facility is clean and presentable.
