A key aspect of the job involves implementing high-touchpoint sanitation initiatives, ensuring that all guest areas, attractions, and facilities meet stringent hygiene standards throughout operating hours. Sanitation Team Members are responsible for performing tasks such as cleaning floors with designated floor scrubbers, wiping down tables and counters, servicing restrooms, removing trash, and spot-cleaning walls and windows. They also assist with event and conference setups by arranging tables and chairs as needed. Successful candidates must be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to follow specific directions and safety guidelines. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds, as the role involves handling equipment and moving waste containers.
