The Breakfast Cook at Higgins Beach Inn plays a critical role in preparing and serving breakfast with the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and service. The ideal candidate will have previous culinary experience, particularly in breakfast preparation, and will be adept at handling a variety of kitchen equipment such as knives, immersion blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags while operating gas stoves, griddles, and fryers.
