The role we are offering involves performing essential maintenance duties across our store to ensure cleanliness, safety, and a pleasant shopping and working environment. This position is fundamental to the store’s operation, requiring a proactive approach to maintaining floors, seating areas, restrooms, offices, and other parts of the store. Apart from routine cleaning, the role includes minor repairs, ordering maintenance supplies, and assisting in emergency cleaning and upkeep of the store's outdoor spaces such as landscaping and parking lots. Team members in this role must adhere to the Whole Foods Market culture and standard operating procedures, demonstrating a passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic. Working in this position means being part of a team dedicated to providing friendly, courteous, and efficient service while supporting the core values and goals of Whole Foods Market. This position offers an hourly wage range of $15.00 to $24.40, depending on experience, and comes with access to Whole Benefits which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts. New team members who complete their first 90 days of employment may be eligible for a wage increase.
