PLC is currently hiring for the position of Concierge, known traditionally as Receptionist in many organizations. This role is pivotal as it serves as the face of the community – the first point of contact for residents, their families, visitors, and staff. The Concierge is tasked with providing exceptional customer service and assistance, ensuring a welcoming, friendly, and professional presence that aligns with the mission and values of Priority Life Care. The role demands excellent communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to follow established procedures compliant with state and federal regulations.
This is a frontline position that requires multitasking capabilities, including managing telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, assisting with vehicle and wheelchair assistance when necessary, and performing basic administrative duties such as word processing. The Concierge plays a crucial role in enhancing the community atmosphere, contributing to seamless operations, and supporting the Executive Director by reporting any issues or concerns that may arise.

                - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
 - A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
 - Valid driver’s license with no moving violations in the last four (4) years

 - Prior experience in long-term care, home health or related service industries is a plus
