This role is for a Restaurant Manager position responsible for profitably operating a Burger King restaurant within the guidelines and procedures established by the Burger King Corporation and the franchising company. The Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in controlling costs, elevating the customer experience, ensuring the restaurant and employee appearance meet company standards, driving sales growth, maximizing profits, and overseeing employee development. This leadership position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage restaurant operations. The individual will lead by example, working alongside the team on the front counter to guarantee high-quality service. They will also monitor inventory and payroll, conduct staff meetings for training and operational planning, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain the highest possible health department rating.
The Manager will implement local store marketing strategies, analyze financial statements to take appropriate corrective actions, establish labor schedules that align with sales volume, and manage cash control by adhering to strict cash handling procedures.
