The Sales Support Representative role at RNDC is a dynamic position that plays a critical part in supporting the Sales team by ensuring seamless order delivery, accurate merchandise presentations, and correct pricing. Sales Support Representatives collaborate closely with Sales Leads and Inside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role involves directly assisting customers with tasks such as stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating engaging product displays that enhance brand representation in retail locations. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing timely support through activities like will calls and point-of-sale deliveries. Additionally, this role requires meticulous attention to detail as you will check account inventories, place replenishment orders, maintain merchandising reports, and survey merchandising opportunities within assigned accounts. A significant part of the job includes reporting competitive activity and pricing information to supervisors, helping RNDC stay ahead in the marketplace. The position may also require covering other sales territories during absences, as well as working evenings, weekends, and holidays on occasion.
