The Sales Support Representative position at RNDC is a dynamic role designed for talented, energetic individuals who want to contribute directly to the success of the Sales team. This full-time role centers around supporting sales operations by collaborating closely with Sales Leads and Inside Sales Representatives. The core responsibilities include managing order deliveries, merchandising, pricing, and assisting customers with their needs to ensure smooth, effective transactions and exemplary customer relations.
In this role, the Sales Support Representative will assist customers by stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating attractive displays for purchased products. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is essential, as well as understanding where support is necessary, such as will calls and point of sale deliveries. Other tasks include placing prices and descriptive signage on products, checking inventory levels, submitting replenishment orders, and preparing visual merchandizing displays.
The position also involves accurately sorting, labeling, and storing goods, maintaining merchandising reports, surveying accounts for opportunities to enhance product representation, and reporting competitive activities and pricing to supervisors. Additionally, Sales Support Representatives may need to cover open sales territories on occasion and should be flexible to work some nights, weekends, or holidays.
