The Sales Support Representative role at RNDC is an exciting opportunity within the company's expanding Sales division. This position plays a crucial part in supporting the Sales Lead and Inside Sales Representatives by ensuring accurate and timely delivery, merchandising, and pricing of orders. The Sales Support Representative acts as a liaison between customers and the sales team, assisting with various needs including replenishment orders and merchandising support.
In this role, the individual will actively assist customers in stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating eye-catching displays to enhance product visibility and sales. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers is essential, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and responsiveness to customer needs. This role involves hands-on support including placing price and descriptive signs on products, managing inventory, preparing and maintaining displays, and keeping up-to-date merchandising reports.
Monitoring the competitive landscape by reporting competitive activities and pricing is also key to maintaining RNDC's competitive edge. The Sales Support Representative may be required to cover open sales territories during colleague absences or vacations, which means flexibility with working some nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary. This role is perfect for individuals who are organized, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-paced sales environment in the wine and spirits industry.
                - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
 - 1-3 months related experience and/or training
 - Valid state driver’s license
 - Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
 - Product knowledge of wine and spirits industry
 - Experience stocking shelves and creating product displays
