We are currently seeking motivated and energetic Sales Support Representatives to join our expanding Sales team. This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and expert group committed to providing exceptional service within the wine and spirits industry. Sales Support Representatives will work closely with Sales Leads and Inside Sales Representatives to ensure that customer orders are accurately delivered, efficiently merchandised, and correctly priced. In this multifaceted role, representatives will assist customers by understanding their needs and providing timely support such as will calls and point-of-sale deliveries. They will monitor account inventories, submit replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels, and scout merchandising opportunities to enhance product display and promotional effectiveness. Additionally, representatives will report on competitive activities and pricing to their supervisors and help cover sales territories when colleagues are unavailable.   • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires a current, valid state drivers license, and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
  • Product knowledge applicable to wine and spirits industry
  • Experience stocking shelves and understanding of how to create product displays
