The role of Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper at Invited is instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep throughout the club's facilities. This position involves a comprehensive scope of responsibilities that ensure the club’s indoor and outdoor areas remain pristine, functional, and inviting for members and guests alike. Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, the Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper is hands-on in maintaining restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, common spaces, and other high-traffic zones. This includes conducting daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing floors, and spot cleaning carpets, as well as maintaining and repairing equipment and infrastructure elements like electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, and walls.
Given the dynamic nature of club operations, the Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper also plays a vital role in supporting other departments by assisting colleagues with additional tasks and ensuring all safety and operational standards are met. This position requires a strong commitment to professionalism, a proactive approach to maintenance and housekeeping, and the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.                 - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
 - At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial services in the golf club environment
 - Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs on occasion
 - Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
 - Adherence to attendance requirements as outlined in the weekly schedule
 - Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
 - Commitment to follow safe working practices and safety guidelines
 - Willingness to assist others and take on additional tasks as assigned
 - Physical capability for frequent sitting, standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, and bending
 - Ability to work in environments with occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, or gases
