The role of Sales Lead at RNDC is vital in advancing the company’s mission by directly engaging with customers and driving sales growth within a designated territory. This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to managing existing sales accounts while exploring new opportunities for increased market penetration through informed and consultative selling techniques. The Sales Lead serves as the customer’s primary advocate, representing their interests and needs effectively to ensure superior service and product alignment. Key responsibilities include educating customers about the best product matches for their businesses, introducing new products to close distribution gaps, and frequently visiting accounts to maximize revenue potential. The Sales Lead also develops customized sales plans that incorporate a deep understanding of customer needs and local market conditions to optimize outreach efforts.
Collaboration is essential in this role as the Sales Lead works closely with customers to comprehend and support their business strategies, goals, and objectives, ensuring tailored service and mutual success. The Sales Lead role can include working nights and weekends, especially when supporting promotional activities and managing account-related events. RNDC seeks candidates who possess strong customer service skills, have a valid driver's license with the ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements, and have completed at a minimum a one-year certificate from college or a technical school, though a four-year degree is preferred.
