The Sales Lead plays a crucial role in balancing the servicing of existing accounts with the strategic pursuit of new business growth. The ability to use informed and consultative selling techniques is essential, ensuring customers receive tailored product recommendations that suit their needs. Representatives in this role act as the customer's voice within RNDC, regularly visiting accounts to maximize revenue potential and provide exemplary service. This position includes setting comprehensive selling plans aligned with client business strategies, goals, and objectives, as well as following up to ensure accurate and timely order delivery. The Sales Lead role at RNDC is designed for individuals with at least a one-year certificate from college or technical school, although a four-year degree is preferred.
