The Sales Lead role at RNDC is a vital position focused on advancing and securing sales in a designated territory. This role combines proactive customer service with strategic business growth initiatives. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing sales accounts while employing consultative selling techniques to identify and capture incremental business opportunities. Your role includes acting as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are well understood and met, and educating them about the right products to enhance their business. This position requires frequent account visits to provide excellent service and to maximize revenue potential.
Moreover, as a Sales Lead, you will develop tailored sales plans incorporating customer needs and geographic considerations to create effective and efficient outreach strategies. You will work closely with customers to understand their business goals and set overall selling plans that align with their objectives. In some instances where a support representative is not assigned, the Sales Lead will also manage merchandising activities including stocking shelves and building displays.
The role demands continuous development of your sales skills and in-depth product knowledge, along with the flexibility to work nights and weekends for promotional and account-related activities.                 - One year certificate from college or technical school
 - Four year college degree preferred
 - 3-6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
 - Requires a current, valid state driver’s license
 - Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
 - Strong client skills and experience understanding customer needs
