Attention to detail and adherence to company policies and procedures are essential, as the Sales Associate helps protect company assets and uphold safety standards. This role requires effective interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle cash transactions, follow merchandise presentation guides, and operate store equipment such as handheld scanners and pricing guns. The working environment is fast-paced and requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of heavier items. Associates may also need to push or pull rolltainers and use step ladders for stocking. Exposure to moderate noise levels and occasional outdoor weather conditions is expected.
