We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Front of House Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal within our operations, as it involves leading the front of house team to ensure exceptional service standards that align with our company values. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to maintain a smooth and efficient dining service, guiding and supporting the FOH service team to deliver unparalleled dining experiences to our guests. This position demands a creative, ambitious individual with a passion for food and people, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. The role offers an exciting opportunity for growth within a supportive and well-established hospitality group that emphasizes promoting from within. Applicants must be willing to train in one of our existing markets, including Miami, FL; Austin, TX; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Scottsdale, AZ; or West Hollywood, CA, with lodging provided during the training period. Uchiko Bethesda will soon open, and we are preparing for this launch by hiring talented leaders who can contribute meaningfully to our team. Candidates applying for this role should have previous management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant setting and possess a solid understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and P&L reporting. Evening and weekend availability is essential to meet the demands of our service schedules. We value individuals with strong leadership capabilities who can effectively communicate with guests and employees alike while fostering a safe and welcoming environment. Physical stamina and the ability to work under pressure in various temperature conditions are also critical due to the dynamic nature of restaurant operations.
