The position requires an individual who can lead by example in accuracy, thoroughness, and customer interaction while supporting the store’s merchandising presentation and loss prevention efforts. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an inviting store environment by adhering to the company’s service standards and promoting business initiatives such as the company’s rewards program. Accuracy at the point of sale is critical, as you will be processing transactions using the POS terminal and ensuring control of all sales documentation and cash handling, in accordance with company policies. Additionally, you will assist with merchandise organization, inventory, and stock management to keep the sales floor visually appealing and well stocked. This role requires strong interpersonal skills for engaging diverse customers and collaborating with teammates and management. Prior experience in retail, particularly specialty retail or footwear, is favorable. Candidates should have basic communication, math, organizational, and visual merchandising skills.
