The role on offer is a salaried, non-exempt sales position that plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up. In this position, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales (DOS) to foster an engaging and enjoyable work environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and process consistency within the sales organization. This role demands a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and growing event sales by exceeding outbound sales objectives. Additionally, the candidate will identify opportunities to improve sales processes and work alongside the Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of all events hosted at Topgolf venues. The role requires a commitment to professional development by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and actively networking within the community to drive brand awareness. An essential part of the role includes coaching junior team members to enhance their skills and contributing positively to the team dynamic. Scheduled for 40 hours per week with a rotation that includes Saturdays, this position offers the chance to contribute to one of the most dynamic entertainment communities in the sports industry while advancing one’s career in sales and event management.
