The Food Runner/Expo role at Din Tai Fung is integral to the smooth operation of the restaurant's front-of-house functions. Employees in this position play a key part in ensuring that food reaches guests promptly and in perfect condition, packing takeout orders with care, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in accordance with Din Tai Fung’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Food Runners and Expo team members must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment exhibiting a positive and professional attitude. They work diligently to support the kitchen and service teams, ultimately elevating the overall dining experience. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.20 plus estimated tips ranging between $13.00 and $14.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling designed to accommodate different availability levels.
