This position features a competitive compensation structure including a weekly base pay of $193 plus commission, translating to an annual average income of $40,000 to $70,000. The schedule is primarily first shift with an approximate start time of 4am, offering Wednesdays and Sundays off. Full benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans are included. 
As a Route Sales Professional, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, ensuring proper rotation on shelves to maintain quality and freshness. You will actively drive sales by securing new display spaces and setting up promotional displays, utilizing sales data to implement store-level strategies effectively. Building strong customer relationships is key, as is following up on new accounts and executing promotional plans. You will have the opportunity to introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space both in existing accounts and potential new customers. Additionally, the role involves conducting daily route settlement to accurately account for products, invoices, cash, and inventory. Driving the company route truck safely and maintaining Department of Transportation (DOT) daily logs are also essential duties. Finally, maintaining timely submission of documentation, paperwork, and deposits completes the core responsibilities of this essential role.

                - Must be at least 21 years of age or older
 - Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
 - Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
 - Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods as well as perform frequent reaching and use of fingers
 - 1-3 years of related experience in Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) is preferred
