The role of Director of Housekeeping at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite is a critical leadership position focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the entire resort. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $88,400 to $111,300 per year, complemented by an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, as well as an uncapped sales incentive plan based on role. Relocation assistance is also available to suitable candidates. As Director of Housekeeping, you will lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are spotless, sanitized, well-stocked, and inviting. Your responsibilities will include hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to build an effective and motivated team. Managing inventory, supply ordering, and budgeting will be essential to controlling costs while maintaining optimal staffing levels and resource allocation. Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards, taking corrective measures when necessary. This role also requires the ability to operate company vehicles within the resort grounds.
