The Cook CD - Standard is responsible for preparing cooked foods and must be proficient in all station functions including Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and egg cooking. This position requires effective communication with managers and servers about ticket times and any potential issues, ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Employees in this role play a key part in maintaining cleanliness, adhering to food safety standards such as HACCP, and delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a non-exempt position that typically reports to Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or General Manager, depending on local management structures.
