The role available is that of a Room Attendant at the Hampton Inn Louisville Downtown, located at 101 E Jefferson St, Louisville, KY. This hourly position centers on maintaining clean, inviting, and well-kept guestrooms, ensuring that every guest experiences attentive, courteous, and efficient service. The Room Attendant’s duties extend beyond cleaning and include preparing the housekeeping cart with all necessary guest supplies, cleaning products, and linens before beginning the shift. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, from thorough cleaning of guest rooms in compliance with company standards to removing trash and dirty linens promptly and maintaining clean hallways, public areas, and closets. The Room Attendant is also responsible for restocking chemical bottles and housekeeping carts for the following day, reporting missing items such as irons, boards, or hair dryers to the supervisor or manager, and immediately communicating any maintenance issues. Additionally, managing lost and found items according to company standards falls under this role's responsibility.
