• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of direct experience in beauty retail
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for beauty and commitment to current trends
• Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Capable of lifting and moving items up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using computers and handheld electronic equipment
