The Marketing & Tradeshow Coordinator role is a temporary, 6-month assignment located in Brea, CA, with a hybrid work schedule (in-office Tuesday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm). The position pays between $28.80 and $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. This role is essential in supporting Kelly’s marketing initiatives by managing and executing tradeshows, conferences, and promotional events alongside regional sales and marketing teams. The coordinator will oversee event logistics such as booth setup, shipping, badge registration, insurance, and branding to ensure seamless event execution. Additionally, the role involves assisting in content creation, asset development, and promotional planning for marketing campaigns. Collaboration with Product Managers to create event offers, email communications, and social media content is crucial, along with maintaining and updating marketing collateral and tracking key performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands. Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet and marketing platforms including Showpad, HubSpot, Canva, and Sprout Social is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required. The role demands coordination with third-party vendors, active participation in cross-functional meetings, and adherence to department SOPs and company policies.
